We receive your customizations’ need and review it.
If feasible, we will communicate to you the quotations and lead time. We might also have an online meeting to discuss further if need to.

How does our refund policy work?

If you are not satisfy with our customization service or the results doesn’t match your expectation, you can claim for a refund before the production.

Or if the production started, only half of the customization fee can be claimed.

Yes, the samples are charged, however, can be refunded if the order quantity meets the minimum order

The lead time can be 1 week to 1 month, depending on the quantity ordered and the complexity of the customization.

What are the shipping methods?

You can choose between ocean, land or air freight. If you want express shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS), we can arrange it for you.
